There has been an excellent response since the launch of Anglia Farmers Online – Invoice Management System (AFO-IMS).

Many members and accountants have expressed an interest in the system which allows invoices to be viewed online and the data imported into Farmplan, thus eliminating the re-keying of data into Farmplan.

Around twenty members, at all levels from individual farmers to large estates, are trialling the system. Each are using the system at different levels:

· Members viewing the invoices online and importing the data into Farmplan; thus saving the re-keying in of data

· Members that do not have Farmplan but wish to view invoices online

· Members that have contract farming agreements in place where a number of people need to review the invoices.

Now, Farmplan aims to release their latest updates to the Farmplan Business Manager. This will enable all members of Anglia Farmer who run Business Manager to import the data from the Anglia Farmers website into Farmplan. At present the facility will not be incorporated into the Farmplan Cash Manager although this will be included in the future.
