With support from Natural England, agricultural purchasing group Anglia Farmers is staging its first livestock conference on 29th October 2008.
The full day conference – ‘Sustainability of Ruminant Farming in East Anglia’ – is being held at the Anglia Farmers new offices at Honingham, near Norwich.
Chaired by Norfolk dairy farmer Ken Proctor, an impressive line-up of nine speakers includes Lady Caroline Cranbrook talking about the political aspect of livestock farming, Ian Potter giving the latest information on milk quotas and an update from Merial’s technical department on blue tongue vaccines.
The conference fee – which includes all refreshments and lunch – costs £20 plus VAT for members of Anglia Farmers and £25 plus VAT for non-members.
